Happy 4th of July!!! So my intentions was to post this blog on Friday, to assist all the last minute shoppers out there. Getting the right outfit for this long weekend of parties and BBQ's can be stressful. For me July 4th means family BBQ, for the last 5 years its been just that and I love it!  Family and friends no new outfit usually denim shorts or skirt with a red, white or blue top. Easy!   But what if I had a party to attend or a business event on the 4th what would I wear?? This crossed my mine as I walked the mall this pass week.   It’s been about 8 years since I wore a white dress or blazer. This disenchantment started 8 years ago when I had my son! (I love him) But I was always conscious of this dirty little hands and how I was always wiping them. White around him Never! But he's eight and he knows to keep those dirty hands of the furniture, walls and me. I really like the whole white all year round movement. Remember I live in South Florida now so many of the fashion rules don't apply to me anymore. (SORRY it doesn't! "Well, Well, Well! So we meet here again! We started out with "A little African" in your wardrobe to now you cant get enough. I had such a great response from you Fashion Lions, I had to come back with more African . You all know I love all things African especially fabrics, clothing and accessories. What can I say I'm West African. But guys take a look at these Fashion Lions, they are so bold and confident I absolutely love it!!!♡. The colors and patterns are brilliant. One great thing about African prints" Ankara " you can wear it all year round, no seasons Just Fashion. Enjoy!      

    So I didn't go to the Couture shows in Paris, but I do have internet, Instagram , Twitter and access to some of the best stylists and bloggers in the world. And the one Couture house that screamed" I AM FASHION" in my opinion  has to be Dior Couture. I was blown away and love struck with all the different textures. I love textures and Dior give  me as much as I could handle.  The shapes were smart, chic and feminine.    See some of my favorite looks!
